Contact enquiries

We process your name, email address, approximate date, location, type of event and message to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, take requested pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are not published. They are retained while the enquiry is handled and afterwards for the period required for legal liabilities.

Telephone contact request

We process the name and telephone number you provide in order to handle a request initiated by you and contact you by WhatsApp or telephone regarding information, availability or a potential booking of the band. The legal basis is the consent given when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, requested pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data are retained while the request is handled and for the period required to address potential legal liabilities.

Reviews

With your consent, we process your name, email address, comment, optional photograph, date and moderation status. Your email address is never published. If approved, your name, comment and submitted photograph may be published. You may withdraw consent and request removal by writing to the contact address provided.

Security, recipients and rights

Only technical records necessary for security and diagnostics are kept. Hosting, email and video providers may act as processors or third parties when used. Negocify may provide technical or operational support for the platform and, where necessary to manage or supervise requests sent through the website, access the associated data. The relationship and applicable responsibilities must be confirmed and formalised, where appropriate, before production. There are no relevant automated decisions. You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability or withdraw consent; you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
